BIOGRAPHY


Born in Dublin many years ago, Steve has been a musician all his adult live and has been involved with many successful bands including Rollerskate Skinny
and The Radio. He has signed many recording and publishing deals and is currently a published music composer with representation in New York and LA. He has signed non exclusive deals for use of his original compostions with NBC, Disney to name but a few.


In the past couple of years Steve has also been involved with PR, Publishing and Recording labels in Ireland including  (Berube Communications, Gael Linn and Reekus Records) he has his own publishing company Artunity

 Publishing and recording deals for his music include Warner Bros (USA) Beggars Banquet (Uk)  and Chrysalis music (UK).With many critcally acclaimed albums and recordings to his name he still continues to write and perform. In recent times his music and songs have been featured on American, UK and British TV series and Movies including  “Greys Anatomy’ “ Without a trace” "The Good Wife"  and “American Idol to name but a few.

His songs have been used on radio add campaigns in the UK and Canada. His music features regularly in the top 20 best Irish albums ever made. Steve has released six Long players and numerous singles and Ep's. STEVE has toured with Beastie boys, The Verve, Boo Radleys, pavement, and also performed alongside Smashing Pumpkins, Hole, Mercury rev, etc......

He has toured with all of his bands internationally (Europe and the USA) and in the last few years has performed at many festivals including
CMJ (USA) Midem (france)And In the City (manchester) and many Irish festivals.  In the recent past his music has been championed by the BBC6 and people like Alan Magee (Oasis) and Tony Wilson (Factory records (New Order etc..)who personally  chose The Radio to play' In the City' in Manchester

His latest music project THE RADIO have featured on many TV and radio shows including . They recorded two albums for reekus records in Ireland ('Kindness' and "Charm Offensive') BBC 6, Dutch Radio (Gronigen sonic), 
The View (RTE) The Cafe (RTE), Other voices (Live TV Show) Phil Coulter (Live TV Show) and All the national radio channels and print media.

In 2009 he performed at 
Electric Picnic and The Deaf festival collaborating with the Dublin Gospel choir and the Christchurch choir respectively.

Since moving with his wife Jessica Fuller to Carrick on Shannon in 2009
Steve has branched out into the visual media world and has built an edit suite alongside his Recording studio in the Roscommon countryside. He has worked on many projects including music videos, documentaries, theatre promo’s. He has recently been involved as editor and compiler of films for
Culture Night for Roscommon arts office in 2011. He is a Director of Still Point productions and continues to collaborate with his wife Jessica Fuller. He has also contributed written articles to magazines such as Roscommon herald, Leitrim Observer, Hot press ,‘Circa’ and ‘Connected’ magazines.
His new project 
LOST AT SEA will release a new LP in early 2012, entitled 'First and Last Love Songs'  
featuring Bennie from Little X's For Eyes

He has directed and edited Short Films and Music videos and video promos including 'Smokers' which was chosen as part of the Kerry film festival in 2008. Recently he has directed and edited a short promo for a theatre production of 'Beal Bocht' by Flann O' Brien and has been involved as Camera Operator on live Opera and Dance productions. Currently he is making a documentary about Irish folk heroes Tir na Nog due to be finished EARLY 2012. Steve has been working on a new film about Deko of punk band Paranoid Visions called F**k Of And Die 

STEVE HAS JUST FINISHED HIS DEBUT NOVEL AND HAS BEEN FILMING MUSIC ACTS AT HIS VENUE (THE FORGE CLUB) IN NORTH WEST IRELAND TO BE RELEASED ON TV (and through the web) IN 2012
